Transform your mind. Transform your body.
Experience Dubai's high intensity, low impact Pilates method

Introducing Transformer Pilates™
Born in London and now in Dubai, KARVE’s signature method fuses classical, low impact Pilates with high intensity training to deliver a complete and transformative workout in 50 minutes. Slow, intentional movements are paired with energetic music and motivating trainers who are always there to tell you “yes you can!” We include a body-readying warm up, stretching, and a meditative cool-down, helping you feel physically challenged and mentally rejuvenated.

The KARVE Transformer
KARVE classes are performed on custom-built KARVE Transformer machines, created to deliver smooth resistance, precise control and full-body activation.
The machine allows you to move through slow, intentional sequences that build strength, improve posture and challenge your muscles without the impact of traditional high-intensity training.

Studios designed for privacy, focus and performance
Each of our studios features a limited number of Transformers and dim lighting, creating a private atmosphere where you can truly be yourself.
For clients seeking ultimate discretion, we offer private training sessions.
