KARVE Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Purchasing Classes & Memberships

1.1 You may purchase memberships, class packs, or single sessions via our website, by phone, or directly in-studio.

1.2 Our latest pricing is available on our website and is subject to change at our discretion.

1.3 Promotional codes may only apply to specific memberships or class packs, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

2. Membership Usage & Restrictions

2.1 All memberships are non-transferable and activate immediately upon purchase.

2.2 Class pack credits activate from the date of your first booking—even if the class is later canceled.

2.3 The exact expiry date of your package is displayed at the time of purchase and on your account. Expiry dates cannot be extended unless supported by a valid medical certificate from a registered doctor.

2.4 Only one KARVE class per day is permitted under all membership types and class pack options.

3. Membership Renewals & Billing

3.1 Subscription memberships auto-renew unless canceled, in writing with the required 30-day notice.

3.2 You will be billed on a recurring basis depending on the billing cycle associated with your membership.

4. Membership Cancellations & Pauses

4.1 All memberships require a 30-day written notice of cancellation after the minimum 3-month commitment.

4.2 Notice must be emailed to hello@karve.ae and cannot include any period during which the membership is paused.

4.3 KARVE reserves the right to terminate your account if you breach any of these Terms.

5. Health & Safety

5.1 By registering and using our services, you confirm that you are in good health and free from any condition that may impair your ability to participate in our classes.

5.2 You must follow the instructions of KARVE instructors at all times and may not train or coach others during sessions.

5.3 If you are pregnant, you must notify staff prior to participation and may be required to complete a session with a qualified trainer to ensure suitability.

5.4 Participation in classes is at your own risk. You must consult a physician if unsure of your ability to safely engage in strenuous exercise.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 You must not impersonate another person or act in a disruptive, offensive, or unlawful manner.

6.2 You may not sell, transfer, or attempt to transfer your account or access rights.

6.3 You may not disrupt KARVE systems, upload harmful software, or attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

6.4 You must not post or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or discriminatory.

6.5 You must not do anything that may damage KARVE’s reputation or the experience of others.

6.6 Filming or recording during class is strictly prohibited. This includes using mobile phones, cameras, or any other recording devices at any point during a session. Violating this policy may result in immediate removal from the class and potential suspension or termination of your membership.

KARVE may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate any of these provisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, or representations relating to our services.

7.2 We are not liable for any loss or injury unless caused by fraudulent misrepresentation or gross negligence.

7.3 KARVE is not liable for any business-related losses. Liability is strictly limited to foreseeable damages.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

8.1 We will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

8.2 By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined.

9. Class Cancellations, No Shows & Late Entry

9.1 Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class start will result in forfeited credit. No-shows will also result in forfeited credit.

9.2 Unlimited members will incur a fee of AED 50 for late cancellations and AED 140 for no-shows.

9.3 Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in membership termination.

9.4 Arrival after the start of class is not permitted. New clients must arrive at least 5 minutes prior for safety briefing.

9.5 A “strike” is applied for no-shows or late cancellations. Upon receiving 3 strikes, your account will be suspended until you contact the studio. Continued infractions may result in permanent account closure.

10. General Terms

10.1 You may not sublicense or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms.

10.2 These Terms represent the full agreement between you and KARVE.

10.3 A delay in enforcing our rights does not constitute a waiver.

10.4 No third party has any rights under these Terms.
